Membership Form – return to the Membership Secretary
Heart Annual Membership Fee – the annual fee is usually payable by the end of January. This covers full membership to Scottish Swimming until March the following year. You can pay this by cheque or directly into the Club bank account.
Monthly Standing Order – the monthly fee is paid by standing order, payments are to be made on the 5th of each month. Please use your child’s name and squad name as reference.
Competition Deposit System – payment and form, the fee varies by squad. Details will be sent to you by email.
SASA Membership Form – to be completed on-line. It’s compulsory for all swimmers to be registered with Scottish Swimming. This is to be done online at http://scottishswimming.azolve.com
Completed forms and SASA membership should be organised as soon as possible. Failure to register your child with SASA will invalidate the club’s insurance and your child will no longer be able to train with the club.
Please inform your child’s coach of any medical issues they may have. All information will be treated in confidence.
By joining the club you and your child must adhere to all policies and codes of conduct.
